Pine Wood Derby

Last night was the annual pine wood derby for cub scouts.  Lance and Ethan had a good time preparing their car this year. Some of the pictures below are of them the night before putting the finishing touches on the car and weighing it.

We were so excited that Ethan's car made it into the top 3 fasted cars.  Especially, because Lance was nervous it would even go down the track.  (not really, but you know the fear you have that your homemade car will fall apart)

The important part was they had a great time and made a memory.
