Grades, playdates,

Emma made A/B Honor Roll
Abby came home with all A's.
Kate is in kindergarten so they haven't started doing grades yet. Ethan, is brilliant but is working on applying himself more. Don't even get me started on that.

This is how we spend most every afternoon, with a playdate. Everyday day Gavin wakes up asking "Who is coming over today?" He really loves playing with his buddy, Luke. They get along so well.
Of course, cheese quesadillas and guacamole was a request for these boys. They played forts, Super Mario, legos, and watched a little movie.

Gavin had made a little Easter Egg thing at preschool. He insisted that the family all come in and sit while he showed us what each egg had inside of it. He explained how each item represented the Easter story and Christ resurrection.

Friday (the last day before spring break) Katie had a little Easter party in her class. They had a local farmer bring in his baby chicks and then they had a small egg hunt. Gavin enjoyed getting to come along and check things out.
I can't believe he will be at this school next year.

Kate's teacher awarded her with the "Citizenship Award" for the last 9 weeks. She send us an email about why she chose her. It was so great to hear the kind words she had written about Kate.
"Katelyn is such a sweet and genuine little girl who will do anything you ask of her!
She has a wonderful sense of humor and puts a smile on my face every day! "
Mrs. Jeffers

This is what Gavin did the whole time.
