I think the anticipation for the concert was half the fun. We got together several times to discuss plans. The week before we got together to make our shirts. We all liked the idea of glow in the dark letters on a black shirt. Decorating the shirts was so fun. Each of the girls did their very own. It sure made for some very unique and interesting shirts. The girls were so proud of their shirts and that is what matters.
The night of the concert finally came. We were all so pumped and ready with our hipster glasses and red lipstick. If you know Taylor swift these are two things she has worn in her recent videos. We had a lot of fun getting into it as you can see from the girls faces below.
We even decorated my girlfriend, Nicole's car. We sure had a good time turning the radio up super loud and dancing. We got lots of honks as we drove around.
The concert was downtown Indianapolis so we chose a fun restaurant close by. We ate yummy pizza at Bazbeaux's. We had a little time to kill while we waited for our table so we went to Mass Ave Toy's and strolled around. These girls were so giddy walking around.
We had also made some sign to hold up during the concert. Taylor is known for having part of her crew (sometimes her parents) go out in the crowd and find "her best fans" and then inviting them backstage to a "tea party" or meet and greet.
We were hopeful that they would see how much we wanted to be chosen. We even spray painted our hair and brout glow sticks too.
Our seats were pretty high up. The girls didn't seem to mind too much. They were just happy to be in the same room as Taylor Swift singing along to her music.
This was definitely a night that we will all remember. So glad that we were able to make it happen and glad that my hubby supported us in going.
I sure enjoy spending time with my girls.
