Lance ran the Plainfield Spring Fling 15K today. He did great! The family was there to cheer him on at the finish line. 

It was probably 30-35 degrees this morning which has become "warm".

 
  
  
Check out my latest purchase. My T-shirt reads "GOLANCEGO" of course it is a Lance Armstrong-Livestrong shirt but luckily my husbands name is Lance. 

He ran a 7min 40 sec pace. 1 hour 11 minutes total. GO LANCE GO!

    Seriously that mile time is awesome....you Rock Lance. I mean go lance go. I just got back from running 5 miles at a 9 minute pace and was feeling pretty good about that. We're taking Heather out for lunch this week to help her through the week. You are definitely missed and will be in our thoughts. Wish you could come.

    I don't know who I admire more, Lance for running in the cold or you guys for going to cheer him on in the cold. Love you guys - and love the shirt!
